Delivering to Atlantis The Palm
The resort sits at the very tip of the Palm Jumeirah crescent, at the end of the monorail line. It is a genuinely long drive from the mainland — the trunk, then the tunnel, then the crescent road — so we build extra time into Palm deliveries rather than promising an unrealistic window.
Deliveries are received at the main lobby concierge in the Royal Towers, who forward them to the guest's room. With a resort this size, the guest's full booking name is essential; room numbers change and the concierge works from the registry.

Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal are two separate properties a short distance apart on the same crescent. If your recipient is at The Royal, say so when ordering — it is a different concierge desk and sending to the wrong one costs half a day.
