Shipping & Delivery Policy

We hand-arrange and deliver fresh flowers across Dubai, seven days a week.

Same-Day Delivery

Order before 10:00 PM and we can deliver the same day anywhere in Dubai. Orders placed after the cut-off are delivered the following day.

Delivery Hours

We are open and delivering every day from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, including weekends and most public holidays.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is free for all orders over AED 200. A standard delivery fee is calculated at checkout for orders below this amount.

Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout Dubai, from the Marina, Downtown and Business Bay to Palm Jumeirah, Arabian Ranches and the wider suburbs. If you are unsure whether we reach your area, message us on 058 522 3844 before ordering.

Recipient Details

To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a complete address and a working contact number for the recipient. If the recipient is unavailable, our driver may contact them to arrange handover, leave the flowers with a reception, concierge or neighbour where appropriate, or reschedule the delivery.

Timing

We prepare each arrangement fresh and dispatch orders throughout the day. While we work hard to deliver promptly, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by traffic, weather, or access restrictions in gated communities and towers.

Incorrect Information

Deliveries that fail because of an incorrect address or unreachable recipient may require rescheduling, and a re-delivery charge may apply. Please double-check the details before completing your order.
