Sending flowers to someone staying in a Dubai hotel is not quite the same as sending them to a home. Access is controlled, deliveries go to a desk rather than a door, and the single most common reason flowers arrive late is a detail missing from the order rather than anything to do with traffic.

How Hotel Flower Delivery Works in Dubai

In almost every Dubai hotel, deliveries are handed to the concierge or reception desk, who take them up to the guest. Our drivers do not go to guest floors — no hotel of this standard allows it, and it is the same process every courier follows.

That is not a drawback. If the guest is out, which they usually are, the desk holds the arrangement and it stays a surprise rather than sitting in a corridor.

What we need from you

  • The guest's full name exactly as it appears on the booking. This is the one detail that matters most. Reception works from the booking registry, and they cannot accept a delivery for a name that is not on it — so a nickname or a misspelling will stop the delivery.
  • Which hotel, precisely. Several Dubai resorts share a brand across separate properties. Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal are different hotels with different concierge desks. Madinat Jumeirah is four hotels. One&Only The Palm and One&Only Royal Mirage are on opposite sides of the city.
  • A contact number for the guest where you have one.
  • Your gift message, which we write on a card at our studio.

A room number helps but is rarely essential — the desk will have it.

Timing

Order before 10 PM for same-day flower delivery in Dubai. For hotels on the Palm Jumeirah crescent, order earlier in the day where you can: the trunk-and-tunnel route makes those the longest runs on our map. Delivery is free on orders over AED 200.

Choosing the right arrangement

Room type matters more than you would think. Resort suites are large and bright, so a small posy disappears; city-hotel rooms are compact, where a tall hand-tied bouquet or a boxed arrangement works better and needs no vase. For stays of a week or more, orchids outlast cut roses by weeks.
