The hotel tower takes guest deliveries at reception. The office tower is a separate building with its own lobby, security desk and tenant list, and deliveries there are logged like any business courier item.
Say which one at checkout. For office deliveries, we also need the company name — the security desk works from tenant records, not individual names, and a bouquet addressed only to a person can sit in the lobby.

- A contact number — more useful here than anywhere else.
