Delivering to Raffles The Palm
The hotel sits on the western crescent of Palm Jumeirah, the quieter side, reached via the trunk and tunnel and then a long drive around the crescent away from the Atlantis end. It is one of our longer routes and we plan for it rather than promise a tight window.
Deliveries are handed to the hotel reception, who take them through to the guest. The guest's full booking name is essential — the desk works from the registry.

The west crescent also holds Waldorf Astoria and other resorts. They are separate properties several minutes apart, so name the hotel precisely.
