Caring for a Small Bouquet
Small bouquets dry out faster than large ones because there is less water in the vase. Use a narrow vase, check the level every day, and re-cut the stems at an angle every couple of days. Kept cool, six roses will hold for around a week.

Returns & Refunds
Your happiness matters to us. Because fresh flowers are perishable, they are handled a little differently from ordinary products, so please read this policy so you know exactly where you stand.
Perishable Goods
Fresh flowers and floral arrangements cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been delivered. This does not affect your rights where an order arrives damaged.
Damaged Flowers — Please Check on Arrival
If your flowers arrive damaged, this must be reported at the time of delivery. Please check your order the moment it arrives and tell our delivery driver straight away if anything is damaged, so we can put it right immediately. A quick photo of the damaged arrangement helps us act fast. Once confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement or a refund for the affected item. Because fresh flowers are perishable, damage claims cannot be accepted once the order has been received and the driver has left.
Failed or Incorrect Delivery
If we are unable to deliver your order due to our own error, or the wrong item is delivered, we will re-deliver the correct order or issue a full refund. Where a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or an unreachable contact number, we will do our best to reschedule, but a re-delivery charge may apply.
Substitutions
Certain flowers are seasonal and subject to daily availability. If a specific flower is unavailable, we will replace it with flowers of the same colour and quantity, or with an arrangement of higher value, so your order stays true to what you chose. A substitution of this kind is not considered a fault and is not eligible for a refund on its own.
Cancellations
You may cancel or change your order for a full refund any time before it has been prepared and dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
